Right choice to the most demanding

The WebEye 100 fiber optic web break detection system is
designed to monitor sheet breaks in difficult environment. WebEye 100 is
suitable for places, where dirt, steam and/or high temperature are present and
for places with limited space. Over 1000 installations worldwide.
Non Contact web monitoring
The WebEye 100 operates on a proven, non-contact reflection
principle. The optical sensor is placed above or under the web to be monitored.
The self-cleaning sensor head is not affected by dirt, steam or temperatures
when installed according to recommendations.
Electronics is located outside of harsh
environment
While the sensor head is exposed to high temperatures, the
amplifier unit is mounted away in a less hostile environment. The sensor head is
connected through a fiber optic cable to the infrared amplifier located at the
end of the sensor tube.
High speed break
alarm
Reliable high speed break detection outputs an on/off voltage
and a 4 - 20 mA analog current signal. System includes for self diagnostics
function for preventative maintenance alarm.
